#02Strong hygiene control

  1. Strong hygiene control 1. Up to 100 items can be inspected per day based on a comprehensive inspection facility.
  2. Air purification and positive pressure insecticidal system was designed and executed by Maegawa Mfg. Co. Air flows from the clean area to the contaminated area with complete air conditioning control in place, and the entire factory is also controlled at the positive pressure to prevent entry of pest.
  3. Completely sealed factory design prevents entry of any trespasser from outside.
  4. Automatic check system in toilets wherein both male and female workers cannot leave the toilet unless their hands are disinfected with alcohol.
  5. Adoption of tasteless and odorless sterile water generation system on all shop floors.

Quality Control System

At the Hitachinaka factory, we use good quality raw materials and carry out thorough hygiene control in all the processes using inspection machines, so as to deliver safe and secure products to our customers.

Thorough Hygiene Management

When entering the factory, workers need to change to a special uniform to prevent body hair from falling in the locker room. In addition, workers need to follow the steps such as adhesive roller hanging, hand washing, air drying, alcohol disinfection and shoe cleaning before they enter the factory. Workers, both males and females, cannot go outside the toilet unless they have disinfected their hands with alcohol.

China-Japan Corporation carries out contract processing utilizing advance manufacturing technology and the state-of-the-art equipment to realize ‘food’ that is rich in all respects.

We have developed integrated production system for all the processes from storage, defrosting, seasoning with salt, boiling, cooling to packing and shipping of raw materials at the Hitachinaka Factory which enables production that satisfies high quality control standards.

Our company is ISO 9001 certified. It is a standard that outlines the requirements an organization must satisfy in its quality system for customer satisfaction. The standard can help companies meet their customers’ requirements for their products/services from customers’ perspective rather than company’s perspective.

Our Hitachinaka factory is FDA/HACCP certified. HACCP is a management system for food hygiene and safety and it is required when exporting foods to America and EU. We deliver safe and delicious octopus products produced at our factory to our overseas customers.
