- Compared to the earlier method of processing, we have successfully reduced food additives (compared to earlier in-house standard) by 75% based on secondary boiling.

Obsession for using Natural Coloring
Sauce octopus and vinegar octopus are usually very bright in color but our products have a comfortable color because of natural coloring, such as annatto and Monascus purpureus (species of mold). Therefore, you can enjoy our products without any anxiety about their safety.
What is the “Next Generation Octopus”?
We have minimized the use of food additives in our octopus products based on our unique manufacturing method. We named the delicious and genuine octopus that our children who are our future can eat and enjoy without any concern as the “Next Generation Octopus”.
