About the Quality Control

 

According to the hygiene control and quality control which are carried out thoroughly in the Chinese factory, we wear white coat, hat, mask, neckband, rubber gloves, boots to enter the factory and repeat disinfection and drying as many times as we can.

 

In addition to those equipments and systems which are used to prevent foreign matter contamination and bacterial contamination, other thoroughly used instruments such as chopping boards, kitchen knives, bowls and so on, should also be cleaned and disinfected every 5 minutes, every 30 minutes.

 

Furthermore, all water used in the factory should only be electrolyzed water, which has passed several bacteria checks every day. We repeatedly train our examiners about work procedures of hygiene retention and safety since their new era, and they also take regular lessons about hygiene training.

 

From disassembly of raw materials to final product, do not use direct disinfecting water for products in all processes in Chinese factory. This could be realized thorough totally temperature control and engineering control.

Director Zhihui Xie, who is responsible for product management and purchasing of the Japanese side, is a person who got a job at a Japanese machine maker company after graduating from university and was in charge of business administration in Japanese style. After that, he joined a Japanese fishery company and after working in Japan, he is currently active as the responser of the Chinese factory.

 

According to Director Xie, “Chinese enterprises have experienced strict product management to export to Japan, which in turn resulted in the development of Chinese enterprises and the Chinese market. The export hurdle in the positive list which is formulated by the Japanese government has become higher. To some extent, it is also a result of raising the product level of Chinese companies.”
